Every part of booking was a 1-star experience.

Not sure if it's deliberate or if Motawif has really incompetent people but they managed to inflict maximum amount of pain on the most number of Hajjis.
Everything from flights, hotels, Mina camp, buses, has been a problem.

My return flight to Los Angeles in the package I bought was July 14th early morning but Motawif booked me on the August 27th flight.
I have contacted Motawif multiple times via email, phone and in person but the issue hasn't been fixed yet.
@cjwerleman@Motawif_SA I’m also stranded in saudi! There’s a whole group of us who were supposed to fly out July 14. @Motawif_SA booked our return flights for August 27th instead. They will not give us any updates and we’ve been practically begging them for information on how we’re supposed to get home
