@MOHU_Care Assalamu Allaikum. I paid for 18 days in my original Hajj package. Due to booking failed, Motawif provided me with a new package of 13days. I would like to now extend my stay so I have 18 days. Can you help me with this please or who I can I contact?

@MoHU_En Are you not going to talk about how @MoHU_En couldn’t usher the crowds out of camp 24 after magribh, made Hujaj wait 3 hours in the queue to board the coach and how us Hujaj had to step in to take over to successfully ease crowd control?

Over 500 people waiting at Bab Al Mallek Service as requested by @Motawif_SA to get a bus to Mina. No one has a clue what to. There is no re from @Motawif_SA or @MoHU_En @HajMinistry here!!!

@seifusher the service I received from @Motawif_SA is inhumane. I’ve emailed the counsel, visited the embassy and called Motawif countless times. My booking is still on failed and I have no idea what’s happening. Can you at least please send me a message to help me through this

@Motawif_SA currently 7.22am in the UK. It’s been over 72HOURS and Motawif still hasn’t provided me with an update on my booking failed. Saudia confirmed my flight is tomorrow (3rd July), but I haven’t got my MoFA ID and cannot apply to visa @MoHU_En @HajMinistry

Someone update it on my profile please I beg you. I was meant to fly out today. Those who were like me got their visa sorted now. Instead my flight was changed to 5th July and profile still on failed with no MoFA ID.
