Today (6/17/26), Judge Melissa Blackburn (Division II, Nashville) revoked Dalton’s bond.

She cited old social media posts and online behavior, not the courthouse shooting incident.

Next hearing set for 6/25.

This raises serious First Amendment concerns when prior online speech is used to revoke bond.

I've never heard of this happening before.

Dalton remains at Montgomery County Jail, for self defense after having his life destroyed by Black Lives Matter.
