Hello, this is George’s daughter, Emily. He would want me to let you know that he passed away on Friday night. He was 72, and had been living with type 1 diabetes since he was 16, and the disease had destroyed his heart, lungs and kidneys. He went quickly and quietly at home,
@LawDeanHolloway @JaneVsw@LeBrunJames81 I suspect the biryu made them tip back further on their heads. Dad ( middle) said in this picture the three of them had just tasted beer for the very first time. Taken at a photographers’s shop ashore in Sasebo.

Out of the harbour, round the bend, fire a couple of rounds from the gun, wiggle the Limbo. All very impressive to a ten year-old.
@CWHM During my time with the CWH I held George in awe. He was generous with his time and stories and even took me flying in triple H.
I consider myself lucky to have known him, even if so briefly and long ago.
My greatest condolences to his family.
