It’s getting to the point where I think I’m going to have to stop buying from places that use @FedEx. The FedEx packages that come into Baltimore just get stuck. Don’t have this problem with @UPS and even @USPS has been better!

In fact, I was told that State Farm WILL ONLY CLAIM 7 DAYS OF RENTAL EXPENSES after you are notified that the vehicle is a total loss?!

It took much longer than that to find a replacement vehicle and get it delivered. SHADY.

Glad I don't have @StateFarm insurance.
Denied my claim for out-of-pocket car rental expenses when one of their drivers was responsible for totaling my car. AND I had to chase them down to get information.
TERRIBLE Service. AVOID.

In Oct 2019, a driver ran a red light and totaled my car. After LOTS of back and forth (where they originally denied the claim) through arbitration State Farm was found liable in early Aug 2020.

Finally got my deductible back and was able to submit my out-of-pocket rental expenses.

I had to call three times to hear from them that they would not cover my rental expenses.
