the japanese success method feels like crack + adderall combined.

its a glitch. that works for everything.

38h awake. 4 espressos deep. i'm still sitting at my desk, wired to run laps around the opps cuz the game never sleeps.

past month I've done nothing but work, chat to grok bots, throw punches at the heavy bag, and get laid. as perfect as this life sounds, it would've NEVER been achievable if i didn't sacrifice a piece of myself to the game.

the moments of self doubt, anxiety, fear, trials and tribulations are essential to write a story worth remembering. it's at this stage of pain that you're shaped into something greater.

no one has ever made it out by playing on easy mode. they've experienced the lowest lows, and long hours of painful work to get a glimpse of what the highest of highs looks like.

knowing there's an alley that leads to a better life makes it easier to tolerate the pain of success.

“Excellence is the capacity to take pain.”

My favourite principle for life…

[g2Ø @G2Schiz0]

I have no interest in doing anything other than working on the things i'm passionate about, waking up anxious and stressed of what life has in store for me, creating more than consuming, but still enjoying a few undisturbed hours of studying/reading something of interest, ruthlessly putting my body thru pain at the gym, then spending quality time with my girl, and falling asleep proud of myself.

boredommaxxing :

stare at a blank wall
walk without podcast/music
no phone until all tasks are ticked off
sit with ur own thoughts till it gets loud
then louder
then peaceful
eat without any stimulation
shower in silence
drive with the radio off
sit in a cafe and just ppl watch
take the long way home
lie on the floor and do nothing
no scrolling before bed
staregaze
watch the rain fall
stand outside at night and listen to the streets
write one page on who u want to become with no prompt
delete all brain taxing apps
sit calmly through the urge to do something
rawdog trips with no entertainment
chill under an apple tree (iykyk)
when working, listen to binaural beats on low to medium volume
go on adventures
meditate

that's where the best of the best ideas live btw

eureka. at last I found the recipe of a perfect man :

> double espresso before the sun rises

> reads books older than ur dad

> one burning obsession that takes over ur life

> phone on dnd, in another room

> mum already retired in ur head

> zero desire to fit in

> spends quality time with family (not quantity)

> trains like he is prepping for war

> questions everything, and everyone

> disappears in nature to ponder on philosophical fallacies of life

> always hungry for more more more

> ruthlessly competitive, but humble enough to accept a loss and move on

> high traits of functional autism, adhd, and superiority.

> enjoys life for a living

[g2Ø @G2Schiz0]

the sexiest thing a man can wear is extreme obsession

prioritising the one thing that's living rent free in ur head 24/7

it's a never ending pursuit, am to pm, pm to am

and not a sign of ever giving up

peace

as crazy as it sounds, living in the end may be the secret to life. there is fewer ppl in the world that have enough discipline and focus to dissect their own lives. as soon as u analyse the life of the person u want to become, and intensely follow through with it, you evolve into someone u won't recognise urself. from there it's an easy ride to success.

live in the end, and define who u really are.

[Electra @Electrarythm]

This stuff actually works, because the moment you start thinking from the mind of the person you intend to be, you begin to see your lower thoughts as something outside of you, and over time the craving itself feels so unfamiliar that it seems to belong to a version of yourself you can no longer relate to, until one day you realize it’s just not part of your life anymore, to the point you no longer think about it whatsoever.

[g2Ø @G2Schiz0]

I started reading books, dressing, working and living like the guy I wanted to become long before there was any proof. u must become obsessed with the process, results will follow. it's common sense.

a tree must be watered before it bears fruit.

[alexei @alexeixbt]

you should act like the person you want to become, not wait to become them.

[g2Ø @G2Schiz0]

being bad at something new on purpose is the most underrated game theory move there is.

checkmate.

greatness is meant to be quiet. no external noise. no distractions. just a guy who keeps stacking reps in the shadows until there is no more doubt in his mind that he has made it through the toughest stage of his life. caffeinated midnight lab heavy work sessions with a cig in hand is where u put in the work nobody else sees.

survive long enough to win.
