@sainsburys why are you breaking the law and selling tampered food in one of your stores. Selling opened milk to the consumer then refusing a refund after the consumer finds its already been opened when they got home. Clearly can't trust the integrity of your products now.
@lv hi are upright accoustic pianos covered under your standard home contents policy. Are they still monitored against the max single item limit? E.g. max single item limit is Β£2000 but piano cost Β£10000?
@AmazonHelp i bought some Nike Airforce from your platform in November. I've worn them about 10 times and I've realised that the shoes might actually be counterfeits. They were sold by a 3rd party seller. What can I do. They are still in the returns window.
@SamsungUK 2 years in s23 ultra still has charging problems. Used it in more than 5 countries still has problems. UK repair centre said no issues, sent it back in a worse condition. My s24 ultra doesn't have the same issues. Tried different chargers, cables. Please explain
@YourSuuq @SamsungUK samsung warranty isnt worth the paper its written on. s23 ultra had issues since i owned it for repair 2 or 3 times. One time, they took off my Β£35 screen protector for no reason as they didn't do anything to my phone and sent it back. Hope the battery doesn't explode.
@ao Why have you auto renewed my AO membership when i cancelled auto renewel and you have taken Β£40 out of my bank. I am requesting a full refund as i dont use AO membership. I've had problems in the past with your Customer Service on the phone about similar issues

@NinjaKitchenUK any update on your investigation about OL750UK issues. Been waiting for a reply since october 24. Adamant you wont reply about the unit failing on the same issue after a year (I've owned 2, and both had the same issue)
@CL_MD_@SamsungUK Its ok samsunf warranty isn't worth the paper its written on. Sent my s23 ultra for repair 3 times. Never repaired and they removed my Β£30 screen protector. Their repair centre is a 3rd party that has a 1 star rating on google. Good luck
@TK_HelpDesk super disappointing 11hour flight. Entertainment system was broken. All the music albums disappeared and the movies kept losing sound or buffer or pausing every 5 minutes. Awful during an 11 hour flight
