There are supposedly some saying that the late reporting of Fulton in the primary is a sign of “fraud”. That simply isn’t true. One precinct (ironically my own) was forced to closed for 4 hours during voting due to police operations. A judge extended that location’s closing to 11:02pm. Fulton withheld reporting until the final location was closed. Full disclosure, I opposed their decision. They should have reported everything they had in, as 1 location with 2 precincts would be de minimus to the final totals.
