The number one problem with youth sports in America is that they've become completely unaffordable.
We talked to parents paying up to $25,000 per year for their kids to play sports.
Private equity and corporations are turning kids' sports into multi-billion dollar businesses.

Preaching that God has assigned black people to "a civilizational station of subordination and dependence" due to the Curse of Ham, Christian nationalist pastor Dale Partridge calls for a "return to European Christian colonization of African nations." https://t.co/fmXimncly7
I like how they’re showing Rhaenyra inheriting an awful administration is weighing on her after so much fighting the Targaryens did to be in power. Even if she is the rightful heir, that war has been destroying the country & what does it matter who wins if everything’s in ruin.
Please read Toni Morrison’s TIME magazine essay from December 1, 1993 “On the Backs of Blacks” for further explanation on this moment and so many more Black immigrant history in the U.S. https://t.co/b5rxVpuldm
@ReedMySole Kodak has been supported for years & his subject matter is wide as anyone people would call conscious. Krit was signed to def jam when they weren’t doing anything with their artists fr. There’s a lot of boxes that the “lyrical” artist need to check, but regional bias still exists
Krit & Cole are both southern rapper producers with very strong pens, but because Cole has more NY sauce in his music he was accepted way more. Probably a lil colorism too, but yeah.
Unless you're self-published, authors have no control over where the books are sold. The publishing company makes that decision. It would be like demanding that the average rapper signed to UMG stop selling their music on Apple. The difference in this Target situation is that the artist OWNS the product and the company, giving him complete control over where it goes.
