@PapaJohnsUK I placed an order over an hour ago after a 12 hour flight!
The pizza showed as delivered but no where to be seen.
I called the store and it took over 10mons or ringing to get through.

Then when it does arrive it’s cold, the dips I ordered weren’t available so I’m fobbed off with sour cream and galic butter both of which I hate. With no apology or offer of a refund! Driver was rude and disinterested.

When I did the person on the other end continued there convo for about 3 mins, before answering “hello papa johns”
I said I placed an order but it hasn’t arrived but says it has and the guy on the other end says “it will be there in 5” without even knowing what I’d ordered.

@lasiguanas DISGUSTED & APPALLED ! Ordered a VEGGIE burrito, it’s labelled veggie but after taking a bite it’s CHICKEN!!!! I felt physically sick 😷
Haven’t ate meat in over a year!!
