By Harrison County, Texas.

A pardoned January 6 defendant.

A Marine veteran.

A father.

Fighting pro se because I cannot afford counsel.

Facing a $50,000 bond on a misdemeanor.

Challenging bond conditions I believe are unconstitutional.

Trying to work, speak, defend myself, pay bills, and stay alive while people in Harrison County are making threats against me over allegations I maintain are false.

Then when I finally speak up, defend myself, and put the record in public, it appears my bond gets recalled.

That should alarm every person reading this.

Because this is bigger than me.

If a local county can put a man in a box over a misdemeanor, restrict his speech, make it impossible for him to work, ignore threats against him, then threaten jail when he defends himself online, that is not justice.

That is control.

I am fighting this to the fullest extent of the law.

If Harrison County does not make this right, I intend to file a federal civil rights claim.

Selective prosecution.

Retaliation.

Unconstitutional bond conditions.

No Miranda warning.

Wrongful charge.

Wrongful arrest.

That is where this is headed.

I would rather move on with my life.

But if Harrison County wants the next 5 to 10 years of my life to be spent exposing this, then that is what I will do.

Do not use StubHub. I purchased $1,500 of Journey tickets from them. They promised delivery before 4:30pm for a 7:30pm show. I spent 3 hours in the afternoon trying to get the tickets. Nothing. The venue was an hour from my home. At 6:30 no resolution, no contact. I did not go. I received upgraded tickets from them via email at 7:37pm via email. The show had started. I asked for a complete refund. They refused. They said I could have seen most of the show. These people are criminals. Period. @StubHub
