@danellisona "Copying" isn't necessarily a bad thing. Taking a proven product and bringing it to a new local market in their native language, with adapted features and localized pricing, holds massive value. Lower risk, direct impact.

@koslib Codex is quite a bit cheaper and GPT-5.6 (especially Sol) is genuinely very capable. I’d put it around Fable-level for a lot of coding work, at a much lower cost.

If you’re Claude-first, I’d try Codex first on parallel repo tasks / multi-agent workflows.

@koslib I believe a typical valuation for such micro-SaaS products is between 3-5x so I could say 130.000€ perhaps is a fair price.

@KaiXCreator Python’s just commands for C in “plain English” with great libraries. That’s why is so commonly used for AI

@TTrimoreau Accepting too many people as founders’ just because they liked the idea and wanted it, with no actual value to give. We came to a point of being 7 founders. Even lunch was a great barrier for us to decide 😂

@Varnika99 What I’m personally doing is trying to escape 9-5 while building on the side. And I believe it’s the best balance between scalability and risk.

@gurpreet671 Personally, I’m using VS Code with Claude Code inside and Opus 4.6 and it’s quite good.
