founders with numbers that don't make sense

x100+ asking prices with revenue that's just not there and steeply declining PLG

churn not being taken into account, LTV at all-time-low but asking prices anchoring too high

acquirers making only low-ball offers because "they can replace that with AI in 2 days"

both sides seem like they miss the big picture: experts think the economy might have a big shakedown fairly soon

on whichever side you find yourself in, touch some grass
