@OctopusEnergy I have saved my credentials but if the app is expected to give you notifications for participating in Energy Savings sessions, I am missing out on participating and saving.
@OctopusEnergy@SemperPhoe I did not get notification on app and this morning it asked me to login again even though I logged in a day earlier without any issues. Is it possible to avoid the log off if app is being used frequently?

In most cases the money will leave your bank account straight away, then it can take up to two hours to reach your NS&I account. It can sometimes take longer to leave your account, for example if your bank needs to make extra checks.
@nsandihelp@WhiskahTTV Dear NS&I, please make this clear on the website as i just fell in the same trap, thinking it is instantaneous like card payment. Also, i got error message saying i was logged out as i pressed the back button which is untrue as i was redirected to my banking site and then back.

@TfL Can you check 81 route as why it did not halt at Sussex Place bus stop on the way to hounslow. It is frustrating for students to see an empty bus go by without stopping
@safestyle still waiting for your manager to reply to our call. We cannot wait till September to open our Patio door. This is our only fire escape in case of emergency.
@safestyle Our French doors are not opening bcos of faulty locking mechanism and the earliest appointment is SEP. Not acceptable. Please avoid this company. Fire Escape route blocked. Very unhelpful call centre
