"Extremely Damaging to Every Part of the US Maritime Industry."
@CrowleyMaritime’s Clayton Heil testified before @SenateCommerce & @commercedems on the risks of extending the Jones Act waiver.
The waiver is actively undermining domestic maritime companies and the future of @UsmmaO.
Our elections are on the brink of losing their credibility, based on the fact that our current laws make it stunningly easy for noncitizens (roughly 30 million) to register and vote in U.S. elections.
The cure for this ailment is the SAVE America Act.
Tragically, that bill remains sidelined as the Senate tries to end the Democrats’ still-ongoing shutdown of major elements of DHS.
But once DHS has been fully funded—which should happen very soon—the Senate must resume consideration of the SAVE America Act.
Once it turns back to the SAVE America Act, the Senate should continue debating it until it passes.
The STB ruled in favor of the UP-NS merger today, accepting the revised application and opening the door for the next stage of review. Shippers, producers, and communities that depend on freight rail are now closer to the projected $3.5 billion in annual savings the merger would deliver.
A combined network supports our national interests by strengthening the supply chain and keeping costs low for American consumers. America needs bold infrastructure solutions, and this merger has the potential to be one of them.

“Next to being one in worshiping God there is nothing in this world upon which this Church should be more united than in upholding and defending the Constitution of the United States.” - President David O. McKay
“Societies are not held together primarily by law and its enforcement, but by those who voluntarily obey the unenforceable because of their sense of accountability to God.” - Dallin H. Oaks
In recognition of the 250-year anniversary of the founding of the United States of America as a free and independent nation, Elder Quentin L. Cook and I discussed the importance of religious liberty and its underlying significance for the restored Church of Jesus Christ.
We believe in religious liberty.
As the Eleventh Article of Faith reminds us, “We claim the privilege of worshiping Almighty God according to the dictates of our own conscience, and allow all men the same privilege, let them worship how, where, or what they may.”
Democrats used their power in the United States Congress to defund investigations against welfare fraud in far blue states.
Things that makes you go “huh.”
🚨 NOW: Virginia Gov. Abigail Spanberger is facing MASS CALLS to RESIGN after her sanctuary policies allowed an illegal alien R*PIST to be RELEASED only to go s*xually assault a woman in a staircase
"He was arrested on May 19 in Fairfax County on 5 charges, including a felony, but only 3 DAYS LATER he was back on the street and allegedly assaulted a woman." 🤯
THIS HAS TO STOP!!
"Police say he inappropriately approached a woman in a parking garage stairwell about 10 days ago. Another person was there to step in and help her and then he ran away before investigators found and arrested him three days later."
"Sanchez then went on to rack up charges for r*pe and s*xual assault."
Spanberger is a traitor! @ICEgov
💥NEW: Alan Dershowitz says Dem NY Gov. Kathy Hochul’s new anti-ICE laws are “UNCONSTITUTIONAL”💥
“You CANNOT pass a statute that says that you are prohibited from cooperating with the federal government in the enforcement of its duties.”
“It’s also unconstitutional for the state to tell federal agents what they can wear and what they can’t wear. Federal agents are entitled to protect themselves.”
“They’ve been threatened, their families have been threatened … there’s no reason that their faces have to be seen by people who will then go to their homes and threaten violence to them and their family.”
Scott Jennings is right:
Republicans were *not* the “people who defended opening fire hoses on protestors in the 60s.”
That was Democrats.
Democrats routinely try to hide their party’s Jim Crow past by wrongly attributing it to Republicans.
That’s shameful.
