@BricePartain92 I had the same problem for my first dose but was told Cox email address can be a problem. Not sure if they’ve fixed that but when I used a different email it worked. I also saw someone saw the codes can take hours to get right now since they’re so slammed. Hope that helps!

@OzingaSharon @AZDHS You can use your phone to show proof of the appointment. When I went for #1 they only asked for the appointment #. Didn’t need the scan.

@hollysbirds I was told not to use my Cox email. It worked when I switched it. Also chrome works better. Lastly you can’t use a phone or tablet.
