"Walang immune at exempted dito,” President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. said as he vowed that all individuals implicated in the alleged flood control corruption scandal will be arrested and jailed, some before Christmas.

He said 37 individuals, including lawmakers, government officials, and contractors are expected to face charges.
