If you have found any of my media and network information helpful over the last 3 years exposing the truth of the ACC Grant of Rights and media deal, please consider donating to the cause. FSU is out very soon with minimal exit fees. Real & Spectacular!

@RossDellenger FSU and Clemson hold veto power over the ACC going to a 9 game schedule. Per section 4.11 of the settlement, the ACC can take no action that limits the rights of FSU or Clemson, which taking away a home game from them every other year would do by going to a 9 game schedule.
@HMardenborough@Jon29914867@Btanked10x@ImmaculateView “Any” change to the media deal voids the GOR. And the extension date change happened back in 2021.
That along with the composition clause = Real & Spectacular!
Cheers!
Attention all G5 schools facing certain bankruptcy if you don't get into the P4. The ACC may be your only hope and the ACC has a TV contract through 2036.
FSU's spot in the ACC is available to the highest bidder. Minimum starting bid $165 million, payable to FSU this summer.
As promised, the ACC Grant of Rights is gone immediately! Dead! FSU is now free to leave the ACC with its full rights immediately upon notice with a defined exit fee payment.
Think long and hard about this: There is no reason for the ACC to offer anything but the status quo if the GOR and media contract were ironclad until 2036. The media and the ACC have been lying to you for years and that continues to this day. The ACC is desperate. FSU is out!
@HMardenborough@theACC The ACC is so desperate to falsely define the Grant of Rights that they are resorting to using message board postings as evidence to support their lost cause.
FSU is Out! Just waiting on the announcement now.
Cheers Brother!
Attention @theACC.
I saw your lawyers quoted my analysis back in 2016 after FSU shared the GoR. I have no problem with that, but I do have a problem with you suggesting my fan analysis based on incomplete info (as you would not let me see the media deal I asked for) is somehow legally meaningful.
My post then was based on what I read and WHAT ESPN AND THE ACC HAD BEEN CLAIMING. I fell short based on lies just like FSU and others did. YOU were the ones saying that was how it worked and FSU said the same thing based on what you said. The foundation was based on lies.
So while I get along well with Judge Cooper and I am sure he respects my opinions, please make sure that it is crystal clear in court that my social media incomplete commentary somehow means my guess is how it actually works. I would actually appreciate you removing any suggestion of that from the pleading. I don't care that you mention getting the GoR. That is factual and public. I do care you suggest my comment somehow impacts the legal analysis.
I am investigating now whether this I would have standing to move to strike this. I may not. I will make sure that the Court knows the history of this if my name comes up again like this.
@murphsturph Well, corruption should be called out. He was complicit in leading a rigged system by folks with criminal agendas. He and others should be in jail when the investigation ends. As AD Alford said, it was unforgivable.
Even added a cute smiley face at the end of the quote. Good stuff, ESPN Radio!
I can promise you FSU fans (rightly) will NEVER stop talking about 2023. Although they’ll all admit it was an honor watching Jalen Milroe throw for 116 yards in a playoff game.
@Jon_Blau The Realignment Landscape has never been more active than it is right now... The ACC can't continue on without a "new" media contract. FSU is out!
ACC schools athletic departments are facing bankruptcy within the next 12 months. The cost of doing business goes up $25 million next year and the ACC media contract ends after the 2026 football season. ESPN cannot renew the deal without voiding the GOR. FSU and others are out!
My understanding is that FSU had the opportunity to leave the ACC and join another power conference in August 2023, as well as August 2024, and chose to turn it down. The GOR was not the issue, at all. My info is correct but I can't make FSU pull the trigger...
