There are a lot of people coming to the @GPR2020 conference in June, what are your primary objectives when using GPR? Archaeology? Infrastructure? Geology?
The most cited paper is Davis and Annan (1989). This seminal paper reviews case studies that show a breadth of applications. GPR is referred to as "a new way of viewing shallow soil and rock conditions". The authors predicted large advances in the next decade...They were right.
An interesting blend of environmental and infrastructure applications of GPR. A site in Escambia County, FL being remediated.
