@JetBlue I think the flight attendant forgot? Because there has not been any reset. Will try them again when we’re in the air but been an hour on the ground so far without it!

@nicolechirps @JetBlue @CRAdvocacy @MassGov they did the exact same thing to the Boston to Traverse City flight today. Delayed from 4:08pm to 9:45am the next day, no compensation because it's "not their fault" that they didn't search and clean the aircraft in time to make it to Traverse City before ATC tower closed

Hey @jetblue just had the most apalling interactions with one of your pilots. I’m sitting in row 2 with my young family and needed to change my daughter. I obviously did not want to go the other end of the plane and was waiting for at lease 10-15 mins as the pilot was there chatting with one of the flight attendants. I asked politely when I could change my daughter in the bathroom and he said ‘I’m sorry I just have to brew my coffee, I will try to be quick’ in the most condescending way. My husband is Mosiac 4 so it’s really disappointing to be treated this way.
