The Global Roundtable for Sustainable Beef (GRSB) took part in COP30 to highlight the strategic role of animal production in global food security and its contribution to addressing climate challenges. ๐๐
At the IICA pavilion, discussions centered on the potential of sustainable livestock systems to reduce emissions, improve land management and support ecosystem resilience when integrated with crops and forestry.
With 12 national platforms and more than 500 members active in 24 countries, representing over two-thirds of international beef trade, GRSB promotes a collaborative approach to accelerate progress through science-based, adaptation-oriented practices. ๐ค๐ฑ
