@TalkTalk is it really good enough to leave a vulnerable 91 year old woman without a phone line which her emergency button is dependent on? She's had multiple strokes. Connectivity is literally life and death. Can't a straight answer despite many calls.

@dobbies was told two weeks ago at your Royston cafe that the new system couldn't issue my free member's hot drink so I had to pay. Was reassured this free drink allowance would be added to my account but it hasn't. Contacted you via website but no response. Please advise.

@BootstrapCook Getting into the garden/outside with the kids has been a literal sanity saver. Just pottering about watching creepy-crawlies/clouds/whatever the kids have spotted. Great way to bond with them and very mindful.
