From 1985 to 2020, Bodoland was synonymous with violence. But in 2020, history changed. Under the initiative of PM @narendramodi and Bodo leaders, especially @PramodBoroBTR, a joint agreement was signed, leading to the creation of BTR, an autonomous region within Assam. In just five years, Bodoland has shifted from conflict to progress, focusing on education, sports, and governance—choosing integration over separation.
