I’m GhulamHussain Shabrani Central General Secretary Political Organization Jeay Sindh Freedom Movement /Exile In United States 🇺🇸 ( We Want Sindhudesh )
if the day ever comes when I must shed my blood for the interests and well-being of the United States of America, I will do so with honor and loyalty.
Happy 250th Birthday, America! 🇺🇸 God Bless America.
America is like a mother’s embrace to me.
We Sindhis are loyal people who never forget kindness, just as we never forget our mother’s milk. America is like a mother’s embrace to me. It ended my suffering and saved my life. Like a mother, it gave me love, affection, compassion,
shelter, freedom, a voice, and everything that a mother gives to her child.
Today, on the 4th of July, as America celebrates its 250th birthday, I extend my heartfelt congratulations to everyone. I also make this pledge: just as I have always remained loyal to my homeland, Sindh
We do not accept any agreement regarding the Indus River.
We reject any interference by Punjab-dominated Pakistan and China.
This is a domestic matter between India and Sindh—between two brothers. Sindhis and Indians are one Nation .
We will resolve this matter ourselves.
A Call for an Internationally Supervised Referendum on the Future and Independence of Sindhudesh
An Appeal to the United Nations, the International Community, and the Leaders of Democratic States to Exert Political and Diplomatic Pressure on Pakistan to Hold an Internationally Supervised Referendum
We, on behalf of the National movement of Sindh, wish to inform the United Nations, the international community, and the governments and peoples of the United States, Russia, China, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, India, the United Arab Emirates, Iran, Israel, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Qatar, Türkiye, Japan, and all other civilized nations of the world that they should exert political and diplomatic pressure on Pakistan to hold a referendum on the independence of Sindhudesh under the supervision of representatives of these countries and the broader international community.
Our objective is that the Sindhi nation, the creator of one of the world's greatest civilizations, which today remains confined and subjugated within what we regard as the artificial state of Pakistan, should be able to achieve the freedom of its historical homeland, Sindhudesh, through political and diplomatic means and an internationally supervised referendum, thereby avoiding large-scale bloodshed and humanitarian tragedy.
If, however, the Pakistani state and what we describe as Punjabi colonial domination refuse to hold such an internationally supervised referendum on the future and independence of Sindhudesh, then, in our view, the international community should recognize the Sindhi nation's right to continue its struggle for national freedom. We maintain that, as a historical nation, the Sindhi people possess the inherent right to pursue every available means to restore the freedom of their homeland, Sindhudesh. We therefore call upon the international community to extend political, moral, and diplomatic support to the cause of Sindhudesh.
In this regard, Jeay Sindh Muttahida Mahaz (JSMM) has resolved to establish direct diplomatic engagement with the governments and institutions of democratic nations through its International Diplomatic Committee. The Committee will initiate correspondence and direct contacts with heads of state, diplomats, government representatives, leaders of opposition parties, scholars, media representatives, and international human rights organizations across the world. Through these efforts, it will seek to persuade the international community to exert political and diplomatic pressure on Pakistan to hold a referendum on the future of Sindhudesh under international supervision.
Should Pakistan refuse to adopt such a course, our position is that the international community should recognize and support the Sindhi nation's continuing struggle for national freedom.
We believe that Sindhudesh has historically existed as a distinct homeland with a long history as an independent country spanning thousands of years. We further believe that Sindh is the homeland and historical inheritance of one of humanity's great civilizations, which is known as the Indus Civilization. According to our position, following the creation of Pakistan, Sindh was incorporated into what we regard as an artificial state through the use of religion as a political instrument and subsequently subjected to colonial domination, political repression, and economic exploitation.
For these reasons, we have reached the principled decision to place before the international community the demand for a referendum on the independence and national restoration of Sindhudesh. We shall seek to persuade governments and international institutions to exert political and diplomatic pressure on Pakistan to hold such a referendum under international supervision. Failing that, we will continue to advocate internationally for political, diplomatic, and moral support for the Sindhi nation's struggle for national freedom.
We firmly believe that the question of Sindhudesh should be viewed not merely as a domestic political issue but as a matter concerning a historical nation, its homeland, and the universally recognized principle of the right of peoples to self-determination. We therefore urge the international community to approach this issue in accordance with the principles of international law, democratic values, and respect for the collective rights of nations.
Our position is that history demonstrates that sustainable peace and regional stability are best achieved when the legitimate political aspirations of peoples are addressed through political, democratic, and internationally recognized mechanisms. We therefore consider an internationally supervised referendum to be the most appropriate and peaceful means through which the people of Sindhudesh may freely determine their political future.
Accordingly, we call upon the United Nations, democratic governments, international organizations, diplomatic missions, parliamentarians, scholars, think tanks, civil society institutions, and international human rights organizations to examine the historical, political, legal, economic, and humanitarian dimensions of the Sindhudesh question objectively and impartially.
We further appeal to governments and international institutions to exert political and diplomatic pressure on Pakistan, through political and diplomatic engagement, to resolve this issue by holding a referendum on the future of Sindhudesh under the supervision of representatives of the United Nations and the broader international community.
Jeay Sindh Muttahida Mahaz (JSMM), through its International Diplomatic Committee, has therefore resolved to establish sustained diplomatic communication with governments, foreign ministries, embassies, parliamentarians, political parties, international organizations, academic institutions, policy research centers, media organizations, and global human rights bodies. The purpose of these efforts is to present our political position directly before the international community and to seek support for a peaceful and democratic resolution of the Sindhudesh question through an internationally supervised referendum.
We believe that Sindhudesh represents the homeland of a historical nation and one of the world's oldest civilizations. We therefore maintain that its political future deserves serious consideration by the international community within the broader framework of democracy, human dignity, international law, and the right of the Sindhi nation, by virtue of its status as a nation, to exercise its inherent right to self-determination for the independence of Sindhudesh.
It is our conviction that democratic nations bear a moral and political responsibility to encourage political and democratic solutions to questions concerning historical nations. We therefore respectfully urge the international community to use its political and diplomatic influence to pressure Pakistan to hold an internationally supervised referendum on the future of Sindhudesh, to ensure that the people of Sindhudesh are able to express their democratic will peacefully and without fear.
We hope that such an approach would contribute to regional peace, political stability, and the protection of human dignity by providing a peaceful political and diplomatic mechanism through which the people concerned may freely express their collective political aspirations. We believe that the proposal presented by Jeay Sindh Muttahida Mahaz (JSMM) before the United Nations and the international community, calling for an internationally supervised referendum on the future and independence of Sindhudesh, is not merely a political demand of the Sindhi nation. Rather, in our view, it reflects the broader aspirations of historical nations that seek to address questions concerning their political future through peaceful, democratic, and internationally recognized means. We therefore submit that this proposal should be considered within the broader framework of democracy, the principle of self-determination, peaceful conflict resolution, and the rights of peoples under international law.
We believe that it ultimately depends on the State of Pakistan whether it chooses to recognize the right of historical nations to pursue their aspirations through a referendum, thereby helping to preserve the region from further bloodshed, or whether it rejects such a referendum, with the risk that political and national movements in the region may become increasingly drawn into armed conflict. The future course of events now depends entirely on the decisions of the State of Pakistan.
