Nah. You’re wrong. I’ve been in this industry for more than 30 years. Design matters and I’ve seen it propel companies beyond competitors that don’t value it.

Can you have a successful shitty designed product. Yes. That doesn’t mean design doesn’t matter.

Good design does more than make something look better. It builds trust. That has been—and will always be—true.
