@IkejaElectric Above is the SMS I received that led me to pay. A staff of yours had called me prior to the SMS to inform me he's carried out site survey & that I would be notified to pay. That's where your good customer service ended. Once you got the money, cham! No more communication.

@IkejaElectric I paid N63,061.32 online on 15 May 2022 for a single phase prepaid meter for a new property. We're still in darkness & all visits & attempts at your Onipanu office has produced no result. There's no difference bw you & NEPA. You specialize in making life difficult for people.
