@RunWales how do I join?

[Gareth Wilson @GWPencoed]

@TUIUK Still ignoring the issue of the complaint and being lied to by a Tui representative on Saturday.

[Gareth Wilson @GWPencoed]

@TUIUK what a con! Book hol for family of 4, room allocation splits us, now option is only pay 150 to move hol or 600 to cancel. Several phone calls been lied to, requested manager and complaint P&P just ignored & talked over #notfitforpurpose. #notforfamies

[Gareth Wilson @GWPencoed]

@TUIUK @TUIUK what a joke, DM you - sorry u can’t speak to a manager, request for complaint also ignored again, we have now requested a manger and complaint P&P - 3 x sat, 2 x Min & 1 x Tuesday. @ABTAtravel #notfitforpurpose #notforfamilies

[Gareth Wilson @GWPencoed]

@group_tui_uk @TUIUK don’t want anythingin the public domain?? Just want the complaints P&P and to speak to a manger. Is that 2 much to ask! @ABTAtravel
