@Delta what’s the deal? The connection times are getting shorter (44 min!?!) and the delays/missed connections are getting to be like United and American. On time arrival is WHY I choose Delta and pay more/fly a less direct path. Can we get it together?
@Nordstrom We already called to cancel our Nordstrom card after 35+ years because we can't deal with this all the time. Your fraud protection is a joke and your autobot replies are worse. Try artificial intelligence because right now you have no intelligence.
@Nordstrom has, by far, the worst fraud protection on the planet. Our cards have been compromised at least 8 times. We even had more fraud committed WHILE THE NEW CARD WAS BEING MAILED TO US. Worse, we have to cancel our account in person because somehow our password was changed.
