El informe “La independencia judicial en jaque: ataques al Poder Judicial durante el sexenio 2018–2024” de la Fundaciónparalajusticia (@FJEDD) es una contribución excelente y oportuna.

Ofrece un relato bien documentado sobre los esfuerzos sostenidos para debilitar al Poder Judicial Federal en México mediante presión política, deslegitimación pública y reformas institucionales.

Este informe constituye una advertencia importante sobre cómo los equilibrios y contrapesos democráticos pueden erosionarse bajo el pretexto de una “reforma”.

Felicito a la Fundación para la Justicia por este trabajo fundamental, que no solo documenta estas amenazas, sino que también subraya la urgencia de defender la independencia judicial como pilar del Estado de Derecho.
