@HeidiBriones Learn to Sous vide.Chicken is usually 1.5-2 hours at 140-145 F deg in a vacuum sealed bag. Then quickly brown each side 2 mins Med Hi. Moist & tender every time.

Ditto for steak, chops, etc. (Diff temps & times for ea).

Once you learn this technique, youll never look back!
