@theapplecycle Yeah the vapor chamber makes sense. iPhones can already get weirdly hot while charging, so if Ultra is chasing more performance in a thin body, Apple needs a better way to dump heat.
@LexnLin This is cool, but I do feel like I’ve seen Codex land on this kind of layout before. Curious if Sites has more under the hood, because the demo looked like there were more options.
@adamlekrinszki@b_nnett The live HR fix was parsing standard BLE Heart Rate Measurement packets, so BPM/RR intervals actually get stored. Gen4 writes are still blocked for now since I didn’t want Goose sending Gen5-framed commands to Gen4 hardware until that’s validated. I will be posting any updates.
@adamlekrinszki@b_nnett The short version, Goose was treating my WHOOP 4.0 like newer Gen5 hardware. The patch adds a Gen4 path instead, detect the “610800”BLE UUIDs, use the Gen4 notify/command characteristics, and stick to standard BLE reads for HR/battery/device info.
@peduarte I always wanted to like the Touch Bar, but I don’t want to look down to do stuff my fingers already know how to do. Plus I enjoy using my corne keyboard.
@morganlinton I’ve had similar moments with the AI health coach in the Google Health app. Sometimes it brings back something I said earlier in a way that feels random, and it gets annoying fast.
