Let's not elect billionaires to the presidency, again. People think they'll run the country like a business and make it profitable for all.
Wrong.
They'll run the country like their business and make it profitable for themselves.
Like what are we even doing anymore as a country? People can’t afford groceries and this loser is getting fake medals and awards for doing absolutely nothing
Watching the President receive the FIFA Peace Price, I'm struggling to think of a more obvious attempt at placating/grovelling to a tyrannical man-baby than by giving him an entirely made-up award that makes literally no sense whatsoever.
Mark Kelly isn’t flinching:
“We said something simple: follow the law. And Donald Trump says kill them. He’s trying to silence us. He wants me to shut up. He picked the wrong guy, that ain’t happening.”
A Navy captain. A combat pilot. An astronaut.
Trump tried to bully him and Kelly just fired back with the force of someone who’s already survived worse.
This is what standing up to a lawless president looks like.
@PopCrave POTUS’ are usually honored after they leave office/after they pass. Trump is an egotistical monster. He ran again to stay out of prison, seek revenge and to live his best life at the expense of taxpayers: military parade, Putin on US soil, gold leaf, destroying east wing, awards.
BREAKING: Republican Senator Rand Paul TORCHES Pete Hegseth for claiming ignorance on the "double-tap" Caribbean strike war crime, says that he's either "lying to us" or "he's incompetent."
The walls are closing in on the MAGA Defense Secretary...
"It looks to me like they're trying to pin the blame on somebody else and not them. There's a very distinct statement that was said on Sunday," Paul said to reporters. "Secretary Hegseth said he had no knowledge of this and it did not happen. It was fake news. It didn't happen. And then the next day, from the podium of the White House, they're saying it did happen."
"So either he was lying to us on Sunday or he's incompetent and didn't know what had happened," he continued. "Do we think there's any chance that on Sunday, the Secretary of the Defense did not know there had been a second strike?"
Hegseth has smeared the reporting that he ordered a second illegal strike to take out survivors clinging to the wreckage of a boat destroyed by the U.S. military as "fabricated, inflammatory, and derogatory."
Yesterday, the Pentagon zeroed in on a scapegoat for the alleged war crime. They claimed that the decision to hit the "narco terrorist vessel" a second time (in blatant violation of the law and the Geneva Conventions) was made by Admiral Frank M. Bradley. Like the coward we've always known him to be, Hegseth is shrinking away from responsibility for his actions and trying to pin the blame on someone else.
“I don’t like to see political figures pointing their finger at military figures. Military people take orders. And there’s a question about, you know, when they don’t take orders, whether things are legal or not legal, but in this sense, it looks to me like they’re trying to pin the blame on somebody else and not them,” said Senator Paul.
“I’ve been offered no briefings, and I think that’s purposeful, because I’ve been skeptical of this. So, no briefings have been offered to me. We are asking for them. We are supportive of the Armed Services Committee looking into this. But this has been very selective in briefings that have been given to people, primarily given to people who are already apologists for the administration,” Paul added.
This is what happens when you install an alcoholic, sexual predator, Fox News host at the top of the most powerful military in the world. Horrific decisions get made with no consideration for the law or actual strategy, and then the Defense Secretary himself scrambles for cover and blames his subordinates. He should be removed from office and prosecuted immediately.
Please retweet and ❤️ to demand a Congressional investigation into the double strike!
MAGAs are now rage-quitting Costco because a corporation finally refused to bow to Trump.
Fine. Let them go.
The rest of us will gladly take their parking spots.

Imagine if we could all agree that hungry people should be fed.
Homeless people should be housed.
Sick people should receive medical care.
If basic needs were guaranteed and taken care of, society would be healthier and happier.
"It gives me no pleasure to say what I’m about to say because I worked with Pete Hegseth for seven or eight years at Fox News. This is an act of a war crime .... There’s absolutely no legal basis for it.”
- Newsmax's Judge Napolitano
Trump is illegally attacking boats allegedly carrying drugs. He brags about being tough on drug dealers.
Meanwhile, he pardons the former Honduran president — a man convicted in American court of bringing hundreds of tons of cocaine to the U.S.
You can’t make this stuff up.
When Trump is confronted about one of his lies, he always resorts to lie, deny, attack and never admit guilt or take accountability….right out of Roy Cohn’s book. 😡 The real fake here is this lying con man and snake oil salesman.
There’s literally no reason for us to know what world leaders look like when they’re asleep…
And yet we’re all so familiar with the sight of this conked out windbag.
🇨🇦 Canadians boycotting the United States are actually moving the needle. Las Vegas alone has taken a four-billion-dollar hit because Canadians chose not to go. The American alcohol industry is down another nine hundred million. That is real impact.
