Poor customer service. No phone signal for nearly 2 weeks. Can’t contact children, husband can’t contact customers. Try and log a call and you want to text me a number - there is no signal so you can’t. Really poor service.

@HendyGroup - our car was recovered to you nearly 3 weeks ago and it’s not even been looked at! We can’t get to work, can’t take the kids out together…worst part is that nobody seems to know what they’re doing with it - it’s not even been looked at! Appalling customer service.
