@FREEZE64UK My cousin and I used to take turns typing in many games from the US based magazines. One small typo by us and we were proofreading everything. Then there was always the chance the magazine itself had the typo and you had to wait for a future issue for the corrections. Good times!

@FREEZE64UK Really amazing artwork on display here. At the time I didn't know but It's pretty clear to me that the US advertisers seemed to be focused on "older" users just based on the art alone. US ads were so bland for teenage users at the time. The UK got it right ;)

Each state has an enter and exit phase. which really helps simplify a lot of messy spaghetti code.
Jumping has less X speed than Walking
Falling has less X control and more gravity than Jumping.
Sprite is from Rainbow Islands with a tiny edit.
