but what happened to the promotion which was applied to my last bill, it vanished, this is a miscalculated bill amount.

@ChairmanIOCL @IndianOilcl @DirHR_iocl I booked cylinder today in Hdfc bank portal but by mistake I used a wrong mobile number and cylinder is booked for that mobile number and payment is deducted,I tried contacting IOCL customer care but no one is picking,can you help in cancel?

There is no option in booking portal to cancel, this seems to be huge gap and needs immediate fix @IndianOilcl @DirHR_iocl

Today I booked a cylinder online through hdfc bank website and did online payment, after payment I noticed I used wrong mobile number, is there a way to cancel the booking, I tried calling IOCL and agency helpline and no one picking?

@nipunmarya I have Prebooked right after the launch event of iqoo 13 on 3rd dec and paid the entire amount on 10th December, waiting for my phone to arrive in 2 to 3 days but below mail came as a shocker, if you don't have enough stocks then why did you took the remaining amount
