At a community program today, Chief of Lalitpur Traffic Police said in the first ten months of this fiscal year, newly expanded Ring Road has seen 658 accidents, 25 deaths and 454 injuries. That's more than 2 accidents each day & a fatality every 12 days.
This is unacceptable !
