Nepal marks a major milestone in climate action with the launch of the National Carbon Registry, jointly released by the Hon. Minister of @MOFENepal, Secretary @MOFENepal, and the @UNDPNepal Resident Representative.

The registry enables transparent tracking of carbon credits and supports the operationalization of Article 6 of the Paris Agreement, strengthening Nepal’s readiness to engage in international carbon markets.

A key step toward mobilizing climate finance and scaling climate solutions. 🌏🌿
