A purported audio leak attributed to Hanshi Ramshan of the NSCN-IM (EF) has surfaced online, revealing sharp differences and internal tensions within the Naga insurgent leadership. In the alleged recording, Ramshan addressed several grievances directed at NSCN-IM General Secretary Thuingaleng Muivah and other senior leaders of the organisation.
In the audio, Ramshan denied allegations linking him to drug rackets and other unlawful activities, calling the accusations “unfounded” and questioning why such claims were being made against him. He further asked what their “ally China” would think of such allegations and questioned whether such accusations were part of a “foreign mission.”
Ramshan also claimed that he had been “terminated” and removed from Muivah’s circle and from the “Nation,” despite previously holding Muivah and his leadership in high regard. He accused certain leaders of misleading Muivah through hearsay and warned that such actions could lead the leadership “to the wrong end.”
The leaked audio further revealed Ramshan’s strong opposition to any political settlement that compromises Naga sovereignty. He specifically named Ningkhan Shimray, also known as Longvibu of the NSCN, and VS Atem, Deputy Ato Kilonser, alleging that they were politically aligned with the Government of India. According to Ramshan, his opposition toward them was political rather than personal.
In the recording, Ramshan also questioned repeated requests for him to “come home,” claiming that his current location posed a strategic challenge to the Government of India. He alleged that the Indian government viewed his presence as a major obstacle in its efforts to “subjugate and dominate” the Naga movement.
The audio further referenced former interlocutor RN Ravi and an individual identified as “Awo Hao,” alleging collaboration in political developments concerning the Naga issue.
Despite his criticisms, Ramshan expressed personal respect for Muivah and stated that he held no personal hatred toward him. He said he remained committed to the Naga sovereignty movement and vowed to continue fighting for it “till my last breath.”
The authenticity of the leaked audio tape has not been independently verified, and there has been no official response from the NSCN-IM leadership at the time of reporting.

Until every innocent Kuki civilian from Taphou Kuki Village is safely released, we will continue to raise our voices for justice and humanity.
We urgently appeal to the Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs, Central Forces, Assam Rifles, NIA, and all concerned authorities to immediately launch search and rescue operations in Ukhrul, Senapati, and Liangmai areas where armed groups are reportedly active.
The continued silence while innocent civilians remain missing is deeply painful for the families and the entire Kuki Community. Every hour without action increases fear, trauma, and insecurity among innocent villagers.
We demand immediate intervention and safe release of all innocent civilians.

A @manipur_police havildar Elangbam Surjit, meant to uphold law & order and protect citizens, was allegedly working with the banned militant outfit KCP. When security forces themselves are compromised, how can people feel safe? Strict action & full transparency are essential.
The irony of the Manipur violence…
First, they killed 79 people from the Kuki-Zo community, including women and children, in Imphal. The remaining population was driven away to the hills. They then looted 6,800 weapons to attack the hills. But when the Kuki defended themselves, they were branded as terrorists and arrests began.
This is the Manipur violence. Fck
#Manipur:
What is the update on these 14 Kuki civilians allegedly held by Kacha Naga Tangkhul people and SDSA?
Days have passed, yet there is silence from the authorities. Families are living in fear, pain, and uncertainty, desperately waiting for answers about their loved ones.
Why is the Government silent about these civilians? Are they alive? Are they safe? Or has something happened to them?
Every human life matters, and no family deserves to suffer without information or justice. We strongly urge the concerned authorities, investigation agencies, and the Government to immediately take action, conduct a transparent investigation, and ensure the safe release and protection of the civilians.
Silence only deepens the fear and trauma of the affected families. The truth must come out.

#WATCH | Churachandpur, Manipur | Young Pillars College Principal and MD, Samuel Haokip, says, "Among the 14 that were abducted, there's a boy named Hengunsei Khongsai, a student of Young Pillars College. He had just completed his class 11 final exams. Now, Hengunsei is still a minor. He's only 16 years of age. He also has a disability and he's essentially an orphan. His mother left him when he was a child and his father passed away this January. Now, his friends have started their class 12 a week ago. He could not come. He's still in Taphou village. He was in Taphou village to earn his fare money, just to come from his village to Lamka... I earnestly appeal to the government at the state and the centre, to all the security agencies and to all right-thinking community leaders across the region. Please put an end to this madness... Let us release all the hostages on all sides, including our boy, Hengunsei Khongsai... On the 14th of May, as I've been given to understand by his family members, Hengunsei Khongsai, along with his friends and village members were earning money as a daily wage labourer. On their way home to their village, they were stopped, in front of Mount Everest College, Senapati, where they were stopped by Senapati District Student Association (SDSA) members. There were also police members present there, security personnel. Instead of protecting Hengunsei Khongsai and his friends and his villagers, the security people have handed over these civilians into the hands of the SDSA... All involved parties, including the SDSA student leaders as well as the police personnel involved in that incident must be investigated and they must be held accountable for whatever happens to Hengunsei Khongsai and the abducted 14 members."

It is deeply alarming that the abducted villagers are now reportedly feared dead following the killing of the three Kuki pastors. The continued silence and delay from the concerned authorities is unacceptable.
We urgently appeal for immediate state intervention.
BREAKING 🚨
Shri P. K. Mishra, former Additional Director General in the BSF, has asserted that the killing of three Baptist pastors in Manipur bears the involvement of ZUF-K and NSCN-IM, pointing to their role in the incident based on available inputs and assessments.
Kacha Naga student Salony Tony SDSA(Senapati District student Association) President capture 14 Taphou kuki civilian as hostage, let's law take its own action.
The illegal detention of 14 Kuki Zo individuals is a grave violation of human rights. The organizations responsible, SDSA, NPO, JTCM, and UNC WC, must ensure their immediate, safe release without harm. Taking hostages only deepens ethnic divides. Law enforcement must intervene.
🚨 MANIPURI HOSTAGE CRISIS
⏳ 5 Days have passed since 25 innocent Kuki-Zo civilians were abducted in front of Mt. Everest College Gate by an unruly mob instigated by elements of Senapati District Students' Association (SDSA) in collusion with armed kacha Naga militants.
⏳ 14 of them still remain in continued captivity including 3 students namely :
1. Sehminhao Chongloi, a student of Gunchu Institute for Competitive Exams
2. Tonggoulen Chongloi, a 12 student from EMRS, Sapormeina
3. Hengunsei Khongsai, a class 11 student from Young Pillars College, Lamka.
HOW IS THIS SITUATION ALLOW TO FESTER IN A DEMOCRATIC COUNTRY SUCH AS INDIA ⁉️
Why are Media houses silent ⁉️
Why are the concerned Authorities silent ⁉️
Any country with a rule of law would've made it its utmost priority to resolve a situation such as this ‼️
Why is India still sleeping ⁉️
Where is the PM ⁉️
Where is the Home Minister ⁉️
Where even is the Chief Minister of Manipur ⁉️

The Kuki Organisation for Human Rights Trust (KOHUR) has strongly rebutted the recent statement issued by the Media Cell of the United Naga Council (UNC), exposing what it described as distorted narratives and misleading claims targeting the Kuki-Zo community in Manipur.
KOHUR challenged the UNC’s assertions on historical, constitutional, and security matters, stating that attempts to delegitimize the identity, land rights, and political history of the Kuki-Zo people are unacceptable and contrary to documented realities.
The organisation further warned against the dangerous propagation of divisive rhetoric at a time when peace, justice, and accountability are urgently needed in the region. KOHUR reiterated that truth cannot be erased through propaganda or selective interpretation of history.

Who are the Tangkhul Naga Long trying to fool? They have never stood for peace. All they want is to cleanse the remaining Kukis from Ukhrul & Kamjong and seize Kuki lands.
