Hi @premierinn again I have had trouble checking into one of your hotels! One would expect that a family is booking 2 rooms it would be policy that you place them in rooms next to each other better still in adjoining rooms, but alas again it took us 10 min

@neilmwhite Always get a bit confused when someone posts this kind of thing as if it’s a new thing! Some of us have been converts to EV years ago so this is like 🤷🏻
