Once again @FedEx fails. This time the driver grunted something when he came to the lobby window instead of using the phone right there for that exact purpose. In the 15 seconds it took 2 get 2 the door he was gone. @fedexhelp is useless. We need Bob in the Garden City hub again!

As expected @FedExHelp lied. 1 day delay turns into 3 because their substitute driver can’t read the sign on the door. Then customer service assures you they will call the station to get Saturday delivery & says call back tomorrow. When tomorrow comes, no package! @FedEx#Fail

3.5 hrs with @FedEx 2 deliver an urgent pkg promised 4 10am Fri but now scheduled 4 Mon becuz the driver can’t read. Philip @ customer service refused 2 change delivery 2 Saturday becuz it wasn’t paid 4. Customer service understands & appreciates but “call back in the morning.”
Way to go @FedEx. Yet another package lost because the regular driver is out. Then refusing to change service to Saturday delivery and waive the fee is another #business#fail Now you’ll be 3 days late instead of 1. #fixthis
