Successful disclosure depends on excellent science as much as government transparency. Take research on a 1977 event in Council Bluffs, Iowa, when witnesses to a UAP observed a red mass falling from the sky and then found a pool of molten metal on the ground, still boiling twenty minutes later. Peer-reviewed analysis led by the Sol Foundation’s Dr. Garry Nolan and Dr. Jacques Vallée ruled out five prosaic explanations for what the metal might be, lending substance to the possibility that it was not manufactured by human beings.

According to Dr. James Lacatski, who served as the program manager for the Department of Homeland Security’s KONA BLUE initiative, the program has never been terminated or discontinued. Dr. Lacatski brings substantial firsthand authority to this claim, as he previously directed the Defense Intelligence Agency’s Advanced Aerospace Weapon System Applications Program (AAWSAP), which is widely recognized as the direct precursor to the Pentagon’s Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP). In his statements, he has been clear that KONA BLUE remains active and ongoing to the present day.

KONA BLUE is not only a distinct program but also operates as a classified security compartment within the intelligence community.

This dual nature: as both a program and a protected compartment - has been confirmed through direct, firsthand eyewitness testimony from the lead scientist who worked on the effort. That individual has explicitly stated that KONA BLUE never ended and has continued without interruption.

In addition, the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) is actively conducting a deliberate campaign of deception and disinformation directed at the American public on these matters.

He says this warning came after pushing for answers about UFOs. He was told people don’t want this information out, and we know they’re willing to kill to keep it a secret

At Langley Air Force Base objects flew every night for 17 days. "The Air Force to this date and the administration do not seem to know where those objects came from," Mellon said. "These kinds of intrusions are actually disrupting military operations. If the air combat command at Langley can't control its own airspace then you wonder how effectively could they protect Washington and other cities."

He pointed out that while some may be drones in other cases the objects show "incredible kinds of performance that surpass anything that we have on the books even on the drawing board."

Mellon also mentioned incidents over Navy ships where the objects flew right up to the bridge and illuminated them in what seemed like deliberate provocation.

The government still lacks clear answers on the origin capabilities or intentions of many of these intruders according to the longtime intelligence official.

Rep. Anna Paulina Luna: "Right now our number one thing is bringing our list of whistleblowers that are requesting immunity to divulge information whether that is pertaining to specific programs potentially and allegedly crash materials and or biologics."

In this interview with Ross Coulthart from the US Capitol the Florida congresswoman explained she has spoken directly with President Trump and Stephen Miller about the issue. Luna said the White House is considering full amnesty for credible whistleblowers after background checks and called Miller's involvement a big deal because he is the president's right hand man.

Luna made clear why amnesty matters. Without it those with firsthand knowledge cannot safely point investigators to exact locations or programs. She noted the administration has already tried to follow up on leads but needs insiders to guide them effectively.

This is no longer treated as a kooky topic in Washington. It answers a fundamental question of whether we are alone in the universe. Bipartisan support is growing as more files come out and the stigma continues to fade. The administration is playing ball on transparency.
