I know I haven't been very chatty these past few weeks, but as you're getting to know me, you know I prefer action over words 📈

The last few weeks broke the momentum we built up in August with @Ultra_TimesEN, as we had to make some tough choices to deal with the recent crisis at Ultra.

But as you may know, crises often bring the best opportunities.

All the executives and board members at Ultra I've spoken with have suddenly realized just how much of an exceptional and valuable asset the Ultra community truly is 💥

It's been a real wake-up call, and that final snag—the one that’s been tripping us up on the road to success for years—has just been cleared away 💯

Think about it:
Years of accumulated delays on the roadmap, a dead #Web3Gaming market, very complicated communications, and yet, against all odds, we have a community that not only still believes but continues to HODL and BUIDL, filled with entrepreneurs and talented individuals who see far beyond the $UOS token price—some aren't even exposed to it—convinced that the Ultra vision extends far beyond the token and represents an opportunity for the entire gaming industry.

Today will mark a turning point for Ultra.
Not because of Gus's yesterday intervention (though it's no coincidence), but because of the agreement being finalized today between Ultra, Black Ice Studio, and the community (via @Ultra_TimesEN).

Very few of you know what's happening behind the scenes at Ultra Times and just how solid the project is:

🇫🇷 À lire absolument si vous faites partie de la communauté @Ultra_io ou si vous travaillez chez Ultra.

Je vais vous expliquer comment attirer des milliers, voire des millions de nouveaux utilisateurs sur Ultra sans dépenser un seul dollar en marketing.

Ultra dispose actuellement d’un système de parrainage… qui aurait été utile en 1995.

Pour rappel : si vous parrainez quelqu’un, vous touchez 2 % de commission sur ses achats en première main (jeux sur le store), et ce uniquement pendant deux ans.

Soyons honnêtes : en 2025, ce système n’a aucun impact et ne motive personne.

Ce qu’Ultra doit faire avec son nouveau système de parrainage, c’est s’appuyer sur la vraie force de sa plateforme : la blockchain.

Aujourd’hui, les jeux les plus populaires sont free-to-play, et l’avantage d’Ultra, c’est de pouvoir intégrer des royalties directement via les smart contracts sur chaque UNIQ.

Voici donc le système à mettre en place :

Lorsqu’un utilisateur rejoint Ultra via un lien de parrainage et achète un UNIQ en première main sur le marché primaire (mint), le wallet du parrain est automatiquement ajouté en revenue share sur le smart contract de ce NFT.

👉 Résultat : le parrain touche 1 % de commission à vie sur toutes les ventes secondaires de ce NFT.

L’idée est donc d’ajouter un rev share de 1 % au parrain dès qu’un UNIQ est minté en première main, peu importe la marketplace.

Cela crée un revenu passif pour l’utilisateur, et si ce revenu existe, Ultra en touche encore plus tout comme l’ensemble de l’écosystème.

Et imaginez ce que ça peut représenter pour un petit studio de jeu ou une application avec une base d’utilisateurs.

S’ils viennent sur Ultra et parrainent leur propre communauté, ils touchent 1 % de commission sur chaque mint réalisé par leurs filleuls, à vie. Ils gagnent de l’argent même en dehors de leur propre produit.

👉 C’est gagnant pour absolument tout le monde.

Pourquoi c’est une idée de génie ?

Parce qu’Ultra n’aurait presque rien à investir en marketing.

Les utilisateurs eux-mêmes feront venir les joueurs, parce qu’ils auront quelque chose de concret à gagner. Les utilisateurs s’occuperont du marketing, et Ultra n’aura qu’à ramener du contenu et des jeux.

Ce modèle existe déjà dans les plus gros jeux du monde :
🎮 Fortnite reverse des commissions aux créateurs de maps
🎮 Roblox permet aux joueurs de monétiser leurs créations
🎮 Minecraft et GTA ont explosé grâce à leurs communautés

👉 Ce sont les joueurs qui assurent leur viralité.

Et tu veux un exemple de ce que ça peut donner ?
À l’époque, le code créateur de Fortnite a généré des millions pour certains influenceurs, simplement en prenant un pourcentage sur les ventes de skins dans la boutique.

Mais ce système était réservé aux plus gros créateurs. La majorité des joueurs n’y avait pas accès.

Ce qu’Ultra peut faire, c’est ouvrir ce système à tout le monde.
Pas besoin d’avoir un million d’abonnés.

Tu ramènes de la valeur (lead) → tu touches ta part.

Coût d’acquisition pour Ultra ? 1 %… qu’ils ne paient même pas, puisque ce sont les acheteurs qui le financent.

👉 Cette fois, le réseau appartient aux utilisateurs.

Ce pourcentage est très motivant, et surtout :
• Ultra prend toujours ses 2 % de fees
• Le créateur du NFT garde ses royalties
• Le volume sur la marketplace augmente

✅ Tout le monde est gagnant.

C’est exactement le genre de programme qui pourrait faire exploser Ultra sur TikTok / Instagram / Youtube / Twitch.

Les KOLs, créateurs de contenu, influenceurs, même les plus petits auraient une vraie raison de parler d’Ultra.

Parce qu’au fond, qu’est-ce qui attire le plus les gens ?

👉 L’argent.

Et s’il est possible d’en gagner à vie, simplement en recommandant une plateforme ?

Alors croyez-moi, les gens vont se battre pour en parler autour d’eux.

Et le plus beau ? Une grande partie de ceux qui toucheront ces 1 % les réinvestiront probablement dans l’écosystème en achetant d’autres UNIQ.

Et même s’ils décident de retirer cet argent, les 1 % versés au parrain sont largement compensés par les achats effectués sur le marché secondaire, car l’objectif d’Ultra, c’est que l’UOS circule pour générer des commissions sur les ventes.

On appelle ça du marketing décentralisé, et c’est probablement le modèle le plus puissant qu’une plateforme Web3 puisse adopter.

Ultra a toutes les cartes en main pour le faire.

Avec ça, les autres plateformes ne pourront pas rivaliser :
• elles n’utilisent pas la blockchain
• et surtout, elles n’ont toujours pas compris que partager avec les utilisateurs est la forme de marketing la plus puissante qui existe.

Vous vouliez un move de pirate ? Voilà ce qu’est un vrai move de pirate.

Pas besoin de cloud gaming ou d’IA. Mettez ça en place, concentrez-vous sur le contenu et laissez les utilisateurs faire votre marketing. Ultra sera inarrêtable.
