Ethanol blending is more than a fuel policy.

Since 2014-15, it has saved ₹1.90L crore in foreign exchange, generated ₹1.60L crore+ for farmers, replaced 310LMT of crude imports, & reduced nearly 930LMT of CO₂ emissions.

It is also severely damaging old cars and reducing life of cars before 2023 which are e10 compliant. These cars are supposed to work trouble free for 15-20 years. The report of e20 testing is confidential so no one knows anything. Mechanics like Mukesh Chandra Gond know 100 times more than all media and influencers.

Most of the petrol pumps on highways and villages are poorly maintained and their underground tanks aren't properly sealed which are providing an instant death like experience for cars too with a fuel that is separated already, which is more dangerous than e20 fuel.

Authorities should provide e10 dispenser at each pump for min 10 years and should say that e20 wouldn't become e22 or e27 for 20 years. That's all customers want.

We lab-tested 3 high-protein oats brands:
Alpino,
Pintola and
Yoga Bar.

Protein per 100g:

Alpino: 26.96g Pintola: 25.65g Yoga Bar: 25.30g
Alpino came closest to its claim and topped the list. It also had the highest oats % among the three.
But one important point: “No refined sugar” does not mean sugar-free. Alpino still has jaggery, and jaggery is still sugar.

Verdict: Alpino wins on protein accuracy and ingredient simplicity, but treat high-protein oats as a convenience food, not a magic breakfast. Portion size still matters.

(Lab test was done by my team independently at pune based lab FHHL, samples were brought from Amazon and sent sealed pack to the labs directly.

Alpino and Pintola had cadmium, lead, mercury and arsenic below detection levels. Yoga Bar had cadmium detectable at 0.06 mg/kg, but still well below the limit.

You provide that and every community flourishes despite their food habits

Today we were at khadi gram udayog store at fort Bombay. While we were looking around store, our Kido went to 1st floor to roam around and see available stuff.
Unfortunately, he slipped and fell on the edge and there was a lot of blood all over his face.

The Khadi store staff immediately suggested and recommended that we take him to the nearby Saint George Hospital. However that hospital advised us to go to J. J. Hospital due to the non availability of paediatrician surgeon there

I had never visited any government hospital in Mumbai before. At J. J. Hospital, the staff were quite supportive and helped guide us through the process. They directed us to make a case paper and arranged an immediate visit to the paediatrician. Later, she asked us to meet paediatric surgeon in another building on the second floor.

For a moment, I had an abrupt thought to move to the private hospital Breach Candy. However due to time constraints, we avoided doing so

All of this happened within about 30 minutes of the incident. The paediatric surgeon did three stitches with anaesthesia for our kiddo. The surgery and the kids admission unit were undoubtedly top notch at J J

Honestly, I thought after the stitches they would charge ₹10,000 or more. However, everything was done for just ₹20 taken at the time of making the case paper and I was literally amazed. This cost even included medicine given at the hospital.

Government hospitals are truly meant for people, delivering quality treatment to both those who cannot afford and those who can afford private or corporate medical hospitals
