@mainemikey @Shopify Same to be honest @ShopifySupport once these stopped working this around 10am PST time orders plummeted and have not recovered so far. Idk if there are checkout issues or anything going on as well.

Have sent screenshots from customers to support but still waiting on a response. Our Woo site is set to be done in a few days so we’ll give that a go.

Also sent a screen shot of the issue but it’s not easy to get customers to #1 report an issue and #2 actually take the time to send videos or screenshots of the issue.

@menageriemakeup@ShopifySupport Wish they would just roll back the update and put everyone back on the old checkout liquid. Something a lot of people were looking forward to has turned into a NIGHTMARE. Our Woo site is set to be finished by week end and can hopefully get back to a normal cvr in time for BFCM.
@ShopifySupport@menageriemakeup It’s not the time of year. You don’t go from a 5-6% to a 1-2% overnight with no other changes which is what happened to us. Open support ticket from last week still has no answers and screenshots were provided.
@sarahj3840 @ShopifySupport Ya we’re in the process of having our site transferred to WooCommerce. We’ve lost 10’s of thousands of dollars since this crap was released.

@harleyf@CB2@Shopify If it’s not the opc issues that will ruin your business, the blatant lack of due diligence with false DMCA’s sure will… Even if you have active trademark and copyright registration #’s they’ll still shut your site down because some random lowlife stole your content & filed…
