@DPD_UKHelpline Has to be the worst customer service in Uk. Parcel due for delivery today but not left depot. 3 calls to DPD who have promised and failed to call back, been told it’s at the wrong depot. Can’t get an honest answer from anyone at DPD

@UPS what a joke sent a parcel UPS Express Service on 19 August-expected delivery 21 August. Been told it’s lost, delayed by useless customer service staff and countless promises to call back that never happen
22 days later they deliver
Would recommend avoid #UPS at all costs

#DPD worst customer service ever, failed to deliver yesterday as 1) Driver is stuck in traffic 2) at 6:30pm Drivers not coming- flat tyre and then in same call - to many deliveries so guarantee before 12 delivery today and they send another late PM delivery slot 🤯
