@denmor77 Happy Birthday mate, was great to catch up and glad you got the warbler. I’m there in ten days anyway, but a very very long shot for it to stay that long !
We had our first Sabs Gulls of the year on last night's @Scillypelagics with @OrioleBirding. Great to hear them calling as well - always an odd call to hear.
An epic morning out on the high seas with @OrioleBirding
Was a bit murky, misty & drizzly but the birds made up for it.
30 wilsons petrel, 110 Cory's & 150 great shearwater, pom skua + stacks of Manx shearwater, fulmar + a few euro storm petrels.
An amazing experience
Wilson's are so common this year they have started to photo bomb other species! Trying to photograph this Cory's but Wilson's crept in under the radar! @Scillypelagics@OrioleBirding
Nothing to see here. Just a female Red-footed Falcon sat on the Northlink ferry this evening to round off an epic week for our Shetland group! The bird was on board from around 9-9.40pm but may have departed Hrossey as it passed Stronsay

Brilliant week on Shetland, highlights being Blackburnian Warbler, Veery, River Warbler, Whites Thrush & of course watching the pod of the 27's Orcas straight across from the Veery. Memories are made of experiences like this! @OrioleBirding@NparsonsNick@GaryElts
After yesterday’s ‘Veery and Orca’ excitement we were back doing our own thing again today. A slow start but things picked up, with several pleasing finds towards the end of the day with @OrioleBirding
Day three on Shetland with @OrioleBirding . A day of doing our own thing, after two days of seeing the local rares and scarce birds that had already been found. This Little Bunting was the best we could find on a trip out to the west of the island.
