Handoffs - imposed or voluntary - kill living documents by discretely separating creation, maintenance, and consumption in role and in time.

When you "label" people (analytic, High D, green, introvert, inverted giraffe) and drop them in that "drawer" you don't understand them better, you understand them less.
Having a prioritized list of initiatives this year is good. Being deliberate on what initiatives you are *not* going to do is better. Low priority is a lie. #Focus
The most boring people in the world are obsessed with "waste"
Waste in their spending, waste in government budgets, waste waste waste waste waste
Yes, we should try to be efficient. But there are other virtues besides efficiency, and any system of any complexity has some waste
@Austen They used to say like "Dylan is baking it" and I ordered so much I started to doubt it was real based on some of the names that were popping up, like I doubted any "Alfred" was baking pies for Dominos in my neighborhood
@EricDBoyd and @rains27 - remember this conversation from many, many years ago? Hate to say “I told you so” but…. I believe it also had/has fake names of who was baking, delivering, etc.
I was very very sad when I learned the Domino’s pizza tracker is entirely fake (based solely on time since order), but I have to commend whatever engineer suggested doing that instead of spending $200 million building out the infrastructure to support it being real
Did you know that @todd_miller11 and I have an @agileforhumans YouTube channel? We post daily #Scrum videos, have a Scrum 101 course, #Kanban videos, #Agile Coaching vids, etc. All for FREE. Like, Subscribe and check it out! If we get to 10,000 subs, this becomes a t-shirt.
"I'm a founder building a platform to help teams work more efficiently in asynchronous ways, reducing the number of in-person meetings, syncs, calls.
I'd love to hop on a call to show you what we're building."
The irony.
It’s not about what I CAN’T do. It’s about what I CAN do. I’m proud of how much control I have in my unassisted walking after 18 months of training. #CerebralPalsyAt51

Anyone who prides themselves on being an independent thinker should agree with the mainstream when the mainstream is right. Statistically, this has to happen at least some of the time. So anybody who *always* disagrees with the mainstream isn't an independent thinker.
