USAID/DOGE Continued...I read the FOREIGN ASSISTANCE ACT OF 1961, President Kennedy's Executive order establishing USAID, Foreign Affairs Agencies Consolidation Act of 1998, Seems to be that USAID is in the Executive Branch. Any Thoughts? @DOGE

Had one on one conversation with a Congressman. I asked, why he opposes DOGE and their work. He said DOGE does not have the authority...I asked where can I find the information that states that...what bill? He said, "go to Wikipedia." @DOGE
