@owlshapedheart You don't have to do that stuff though. I guarentee you the majority of literal pro athletes don't track their protein and macros exactly. It's just something autists on social media do.
@Jainadave_ Obviously. How is this even a question? They will absolutly smoke them. 50 isn't that old. You will only be a small percentage off your prime at 50. Which may make a difference for trying to be a pro athlete, but doesnt mean you can't still obliterate a unfit person.

@EliteDanno Anti cardio is the real cope. Lifting weights is good but it's the easiest thing you can do in a gym. That's why so many guys want to convince themselves they should just lift weights. They want to have the identity of someone that works out while having no actual fitness
@hannaahhn No it isn’t. People might think they are cringe or whatever but the ‘hybrid athletes’ that have blown up in online fitness the last few years have year round great physiques and do plenty of running.
