Hi @Pigeon_Kitchen I’ve raised multiple complaints in the last 6 months.
My tickets were closed without any solution.
It stopped working after just one month.
Do not buy any Pigeon or StoveKraft product.

@JioCare @JioCare what is the issue? Service stops working every 15 days. You don’t have jio fiber proper infra / good engineers to maintain the service or infra?

Raise 4 ticket. After 5 days no update only ticket 3 ticket closed without any solution.

Jio fiber is not working again. The service stops working every 15 days and takes about 7 days to get resolved. On average, Jio Fiber only works for about 21 days in a month. Extremely disappointing!”

Jio fiber is not working again. I called Jio customer care, but they were unable to help. The service stops working every 15 days and takes about 7 days to get resolved. On average, Jio Fiber only works for about 21 days in a month.

What’s going on @JioCare @JioFiberVoice @_MukeshAmbani again 2 tickets closed in 5days without fixing the interest connection issue. Very pathetic experience with jiofiber.
